“I love going to work with my dad. He works at Extreme Hobbies and it is the only shop like this in Dunedin. I like going there to watch YouTube videos but I also like helping put things onto the shelves and talking to people that come in.
I learned how to fly a model airplane one day and sometimes I drive the remote control cars around the shop, not the expensive ones though - they are for big kids, but there are lots of things for kids like me, like model trains and airplanes.
Kids love coming here and they all want to stay here like I do. I think more kids should build models and play instead of playing on iPads.”
