This unique two-bedroom cottage offers spectacular open views of the Rock and Pillar Ranges and is bathed in all day sunshine. The cottage is warm and comfortable and is able to sleep 4 guests.
The cottage was originally built from former army huts so is quirky and unusual, it has been updated and is completely double glazed. Facilities include: Continental breakfast, kitchen with microwave, toaster, stove and fridge/freezer, lounge, shower room and separate toilet. Bike storage and bike charging point. Large garden with ample seating. In addition the cottage boasts an historic 2 cell jail (lockup) circa 1863-1947 which is located at the side of the property and has recently been lovingly restored by the current owners Chris and Mark Ford.
Stay a while as there is much to do in Middlemarch, cycling the Rail Trail, walks on the Rock and Pillar Ranges, fish on the Taieri River, visit Sutton Salt Lake and more.
