Built in 1863 our Victorian villa is one of the oldest houses in Port Chalmers and retains many of its original features. The guest studio is situated on the ground floor and consists of one exclusively furnished bedroom with a queen bed, a seating area, a walk-in wardrobe and a large en-suite bathroom. Guests have their own entrance and a private deck area in the front garden. There are tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster and a small fridge, a flat-screen TV/DVD player and free WIFI. Port Chalmers main shopping street with its eclectic mix of cafes, pubs, galleries, shops, supermarket etc is just a few minutes walk away.
