The Brothers Boutique Hotel is a distinctively European styled Hotel, centrally located and offering spectacular views of Dunedin city. It opened in Dec 2005 following a 8 month extensive refurbishment of the 1920’s Christian Brothers residence at 295 Rattray St. Considerable effort was given to retaining much of the original character of the building and it’s heritage.
The Hotel has 15 bedrooms all with tiled en suites. A complimentary continental breakfast is provided in the Dining room. The Hotel is centrally heated and there is free internet and parking. It is only a 6 minutes walk downhill to the City centre.
The Brothers provides a mix of elegance, charm, history and convenience. A welcoming drink is offered in the early evening.
