Birthday celebrations for Dunedin's ecosanctuary

Visitors to Dunedin have the opportunity to head along to Orokonui Ecosanctuary’s second birthday on Sunday the 30th October.
The ecosanctuary is celebrating with a family fun day then a feast of medieval music by the aptly named group ‘Rare Byrds”.
Open from 9.30am to 4.30pm there will be free activities and sweet treats for children.
Self-guided entry into the ecosanctuary includes a guide talk at the aviary at 1pm. Rare Byrds is at 7pm and is $15 waged, $10 unwaged.
Wine, beer and light suppers will be available from the café.
