Dunedin had a decline in guest nights for the month of March, with total guest nights down -10.5% when compared to March 2011 (NZ’s total guest nights were down -0.8%). For the year ending March 2012, guest nights were up +2.6% compared to the previous 12 months.
Tourism makes a significant contribution to Dunedin’s way of life providing experiences for residents and visitors alike to enjoy.
