One to watch - Charmaine Reveley

Delicate, timeless and elegant. Charmaine Reveley’s clothing is regarded as having all of these attributes, a fact she finds this mildly amusing given she considers herself to be a down to earth, practical designer. Carol Hershfeld raves about her designs and wore them exclusively when hosting this year’s ID Fashion event.
Reveley set up her label in 2003 and gained almost instant recognition as a designer to watch. In that time many labels have come and gone and the majority of manufacturing now is now completed offshore. When asked how she has managed through recent tight times she says that she has remained close to her product, still producing all of her garments from her Dowling Street base.
