Homestays are a great option if you want to get to know the heart of Dunedin - the people.

Kiwis love offering hospitality - and then there is southern hospitality, that something special that makes a stay in Dunedin memorable. Many of the homestays are based in glorious Victorian and Edwardian homes that stand proud above the city, while others sit in Dunedin's beautiful hill suburbs.
