Dunedin Orienteering Club Inc
DOC provides orienteering events on a regular basis within a couple of hours drive of Dunedin. There is also a permanent course at Ross Creek (maps available from the Visitors Centre)and another one under construction at Chingford Park. Orienteering is a sport that involves finding your way across country with the aid of a map and sometimes a compass using their skill in map reading to choose the best route. Orienteers can walk or run, alone or in a group.

This popular tour operates 7 days a week and will take you on a 2 hour gentle stroll, where you can experience the character, history and beauty of Dunedin, New Zealand's first great city.
